Ford f250 on 37s.
The 6.2 with 3.73s will be a dog, I'm willing to bet even with 4.30s. Yes, you'll need to move up to about a 4.30 gear to have the same drivability. I have a 2017 F250 6.2L 3.73 with the 275/70r18 tires. Those tires are basically 33's and it does just fine, but you would definitely want a steeper gear with 37's.

May 18, 2023 · The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. My shop said the trucks will fit 37s on stock tires without rubbing. Might be testing that soon. Not sure about stock height suspension clearance but for sure looks like Ford may be planning on a 37 option on the Tremor or the F250 line.

The stock factory 275-65-20 has roughly 7 inches as a comparison. The tires did not hit the wheel wells but they did rub the frame pretty bad at full turn. The tires were 37x12.50 nitto trail grappler. You can do all the lift you want but the tires are going to rub the frame with the factory wheels because of the off set.

2017+ Super Duty - 37s on level no rub offset - FYI, if you plan on fitting 37s on a level kit, they will rub. They don't rub enough to hurt anything but bothered the crap out of me.
