I doubt the crank is broken. You would still have oil pressure. If you have a scanner pull up the cam and crank sensor/signal and see if you're getting a reading. If you've got a broken crank and you lose those readings, it can cause a no start. actual fuel pressure reads like 5psi while cranking.Measure both batteries and check all connections first. For one of my multiple start pressure tests I threw a code but havent had the code come back on. it was P0341 Camshaft position sensor, after I moved past the code screen to check my rail pressure I was getting 941 psi while trying to start it that one time, now it went back to 585 psi with no code again.

If not most likely fuel pressure related. You could be losing psi because of severe items, The Cp4 has a regulator, one on the fuel rails, and the return system. Also, being a common rail system if any injector is hanging open. Hopefully the Cp4 is not failing, which is very common for all LML's that don't have an aftermarket lift pump ...

Basically it is not seeing a signal from the camshaft because its not seeing the completed circuit. Noticed that it seems to do it the worst when it's warm after a 30 mile trip or so... Even after a 13 hour day at work it will crank for awhile.

Sounds like a spun bearing to me, probably connecting rod. When it goes into reduced engine, the ECM turns off the injector on the cylinder that is knocking, and it goes away.
