It does cost 62% psyfocus or something like that, so it's not completely spammable, but if you're quick and play it smart it should be plenty. Lots of other good Psycasts in that same tree (Protector I believe), stabilize is super nice as a safety net, skip shield is a pocket lew-shield pack you can deploy a short range away, etc.
