Hey Guys i have a really powerful pc and maybe not enough or the wrong settings i dont know thats why i wanted to discuss with you the Best Way to get the best Performance out of TOTK while emulatiing it on PC. So i use Ryujinx Because TOTK wont start with yuzu i dont know.

About your old mods, do NOT use both the island fix and the sky island fix 2x at the same time, use only the 2x version. Anisotropic Filtering Fix is not needed anymore if you use Yuzu Anisotropic setting. Got it. I included them because I wasn't sure whether to use or not. I wanted to make sure. Might play around with reshade a bit but I think I've finalized my setup at this point. Yuzu EA 3589, 60fps, black screen fix, cutscene fix, Xbox UI, and a bunch of other graphics/visual fixes from the collection in the OP. Looks and runs great on my old PC (1070, 6700k) even in the depths. The latest benches are telling. Cemu drops tons frames at 4k while yuzu very little. The difference now after updates is like 10fps at 4k between them. Soon yuzu may even be faster. I'm trying to face the issue enabling asyncromous emulation and everything, Normal accuracy, but I can't enable the V-sync apparently. ... with Yuzu's V sync off and Nvidia's V sync off too, the screen flickers ... Unplug your internet connection and see if this makes a difference. SteamDeck performance is a bit more wanting, but according to reports ive seen it seems roughly inline with the native switch under yuzu. It's running great! On a ryzen 7 3600x, 16gb ram, 3060ti I run it with the update 1.1.0 and the vulcan fixV2 and pre loaded shaders of the full map which is around 35000ish shaders.
In Windows GPU-Settings, i set yuzu to High Performance. In Task Manager, under details, i set yuzu to high priority and un-assigned CPU0. Ryujinx looked great at 1440p but Yuzu looks blurry by comparison, but Yuzu works better so you've gotta deal with it. EDIT: weird to get downvoted. I can share screenshots if you don't believe me.
