Ill probably contact my powder coater monday and see what brand powder they use and try to get some samples. Electricals; start checking to Honda Spec. On the CDI, you will need a good working unit to chaeck against. Also look at the ground, Coil, Coil wire, Flywheel, boot, ect again; double check...put a teaspoon of fuel into the spark plug hole and see if she fires. If she does; it is a fuel delivery issue.

I just got back from sand mountain Nevada and was racing on drag hill, I got a 1988 trx250r with a ser 330 cylinder and a 4mil stroker. I was having a hard time trying to take off in 2nd gear and having to use 1st and noticed 4th would be still pulling by the top but seamed like it could be pulling better.

Personally, I wouldn't go with a lighter flywheel. Most people say stay away from the Ricky Stator brand of electrical components. Stick to OEM 250R or go to the CR250 ignitions

Aug 5, 2013 · Step 1- Refer to Changing Bearings to get access the crankshaft. Step 2- Remove the piston and keep all the parts in a safe place. Step 3- Removing the crankshaft from the bearings could be a little tricky if it is seated in there tightly. You can use a little heat and a rubber mallet to remove it from the case halfs.
